01 — The four stages
Egg, larva, chrysalis, butterfly. Discovery, build, refine, launch.
Egg
Before a line of code is written, we run requirement workshops and a feasibility review to pin down what is actually being built, for whom, and why.
Larva
A working build lives on our dev branch from week one. Sprints run on a fixed cadence, dependencies get wired in for real, and you see progress every demo — not just at the end.
Chrysalis
This is where a build earns the right to ship: QA passes, code review, and promotion to our uat branch for a real pre-launch check, not a rubber stamp.
Butterfly
We promote to main, watch it in production, and keep iterating from real usage. The next round of feedback becomes the next egg.
